Terms and Conditions

  1. The price listed against all services is the advance booking confirmation deposit only. For pricing please contact the owner Hitanshu Gaur at 0426610778 or welcome@fusionmania.com.au
  2. Once the booking has been finalized, the advance deposit time is one hour. If failed to do so within the hour, the booking will automatically be rejected by the system and you’d have to do the booking again. We encourage you to make the payment immediately after the booking has been done on the website as this is a default non amendable feature on the website
  3. The advance deposit of $100 (Entertainment)/ $50(Transportation/ Courier) is non refundable to reduce the business loss
  4. The charges are calculated based on numerous variables including especially the total travel time including to and fro the venue, fuel cost, wear and tear of vehicle on travel and transportation, repair and maintenance of equipment, the art of performance that has been attained with more than a decade of experience and rehearsals, and the existing living cost
  5. In case of coinciding date for different events the preference would be given to the party who makes the deposit first
  6. A constructive feedback in a non offensive manner is utmost welcomed
  7. Any kind of rude behavior including any inappropriate gestures, inappropriate tone of conversation, inappropriate passage of comments on our artist’s skill, demeaning the artist, or any kind of abuse under any given circumstance is not tolerable. Under any such scenario the artists is entitled to empty the premises without any notice (unless the artist decides to stay) and you are liable for the full payment of the entire event as finalized and agreed on with the artist during the booking phase. You are also liable to issue an apology to the artist on the spot amongst the present public gathering
